Responsibilities

• Execute performance and load testing to ensure system responsiveness.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and project milestones.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback.
• Create and maintain a library of test cases and test scripts.
• Support training efforts for less experienced team members.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance would be advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing specifically in web applications

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins to integrate testing within the pipeline.
• Understanding of DevOps practices: Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices for improved collaboration between development and operations.
