We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical process design, optimization, and project management. Responsibilities

• Develop pilot tests for new processes to assess viability and efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
• Continuously evaluate technological advancements in chemical engineering.
• Prepare and review project documentation and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to address customer requirements.
• Manage projects to facilitate new product development and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
