Job Description

The Field Environmental Technician will take on a pivotal role in conducting environmental assessments and monitoring activities in various field locations. This position requires a solid grasp of environmental regulations and protocols, alongside experience in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental surveys and assessments in the field.
  • Assist in the development and execution of environmental management strategies.
  • Collect and interpret environmental data accurately.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Support compliance audits and environmental impact assessments.
  • Provide technical support to the Environmental Project Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Geography or related field
  • Professional certification in environmental management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental monitoring, assessment, or related field.
