Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, development, and execution of civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Develop cost estimates and project timelines using project management software.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Review and approve design drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure that all engineering work adheres to industry standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate site meetings and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Engage with local communities to gather feedback and ensure project support.
  • Promote sustainability practices within project scopes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering
