As a Travel Agent with us, you'll be responsible for crafting unforgettable travel experiences. You will work closely with clients to tailor packages that meet their preferences and budget, providing expert advice and handling all bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
• Advise clients on travel documentation and visa requirements.
• Monitor bookings and manage cancellations or changes effectively.
• Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to ensure service excellence.
• Record and manage client feedback and ensure high service delivery.
• Conduct travel presentations or workshops for clients when required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in sales and marketing is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with travel booking systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Analytical skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
