Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving supply chain performance and enhancing operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Drive efficiency in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, minimizing delays.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and negotiation of contracts.
• Implement best practices and tools for supply chain management.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management about supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with SAP software: Experience in using SAP for supply chain operations.
