Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain activities in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be proactive, analytical, and adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute supply chain plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment processes.
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business operations.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance for upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in supply chain and logistics roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
