Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Durban. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and assisting in the design of effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis to assess impacts of changes on existing processes.
• Develop business cases to support project initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage deliverables.
• Work with data analysts to develop metrics for success.
• Facilitate change management processes.
• Assist in budget development and resource allocation.
• Support post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Certification in Business Analysis is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years in business analysis or equivalent experience
