Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and client interactions. This role requires a blend of organization, communication, and tech-savviness to enhance our productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to support operations.
  • Manage email correspondence and communication flow.
  • Help create content for newsletters and blogs.
  • Schedule and coordinate events or webinars.
  • Implement new office procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Provide support for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role.
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Email Management Tools (Mailchimp)

Languages
