Job Description

We are in search of an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and distribute office communications.
  • Maintain databases and update records.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and teams.
  • Participate in improving office processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with research tasks for projects.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • BCom or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
