We are looking for an enthusiastic Food Scientist to contribute to our Research and Development department in Port Elizabeth. You will work with ingredients to create exciting food products while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for product improvement
• Evaluate ingredient effectiveness and stability in formulations
• Collaborate with marketing to align products with consumer demands
• Oversee product testing and sensory evaluations
• Implement innovative food processing techniques
• Document results and prepare technical reports
• Lead projects from concept through production
• Train team members on new protocols and safety procedures
