E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategies in Durban. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and e-commerce management, driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional strategies to attract and retain online customers.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners to expand product offerings.
• Utilize A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Oversee inventory management and logistics for e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing e-commerce operations

Technical Skills

• E-commerce Operations Management
• Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Google Data Studio)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified E-commerce Manager
