Job Description

We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth location. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for retail and a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to enhance store profitability.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Retail or related qualification
• Degree in Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a leadership role within retail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Ability to train and develop staff: Proven record of mentoring and developing junior staff members.
• Experience in loss prevention strategies: Knowledge of techniques to prevent theft and manage store security.
