We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our East London team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing support for our clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities

  • Help users with technical problems, acting as the point of contact for IT support.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and is secure.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the IT support system.
  • Assist with software installations and updates as needed.
  • Monitor and manage system performance and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide training and support materials to users.
  • Work with external vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
  • Support continuous improvement in IT processes and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
