We are on the hunt for an Architect who is skilled in developing architectural strategies and executing exceptional designs. This role will include collaborating with engineers and other professionals to deliver high-quality projects that engage, inspire, and elevate the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals and bids for prospective projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Utilize 3D software to create realistic project visualizations.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and record-keeping.
• Facilitate communication between clients and contractors.
• Advocate for client needs while balancing company resources.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and technologies.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in best practices.
• Contribute to the firm’s marketing efforts through portfolio development.
• Participate in community engagements and public consultations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect License
• LEED Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Urban Design: Knowledge and experience in urban development and design strategies.
