Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Update and maintain IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies.
  • Help in the configuration of new devices for staff.
  • Regularly review and improve IT processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in IT or a related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role

Languages
