We are seeking a dedicated Field Researcher to join our team in Cape Town. Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for field research activities.
• Prepare and present research findings to diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns in fieldwork practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations during field visits.
• Support project managers in achieving research goals.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Research Methodology or similar

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in field research roles

Technical Skills

• Statistical Software (e.g., SPSS, R)
• Geospatial Analysis

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Proficiency in data visualization tools: Experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI for presenting data.
• Previous experience in academic research: Experience in conducting research for academic purposes.
