Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues and helping users effectively utilize technology to improve their work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts and profiles.

Requirements

Education

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
