Our Durban healthcare facility is on the lookout for a passionate Nurse Practitioner. You will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patient health, collaborating with our medical team to improve patient outcomes while ensuring a supportive environment for all staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' health statuses.
• Create treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide follow-up care and support for patients.
• Promote patient education and engagement in self-care.
• Document care provided and update patient records accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a nurse practitioner role
