Responsibilities

• Review laboratory results and interpret findings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and participate in community health initiatives.
• Contribute to medical research and clinical trials if applicable.
• Mentor junior staff and medical interns.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through attentive service.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Further training in a specialty is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Specialty Board Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Research experience in healthcare: Contributing to medical research and publications is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
