User Experience Architect

Job Description

Seeking a User Experience Architect to elevate our product designs through innovation and research. You will be responsible for overseeing the UX design process from conception to execution, including gathering user feedback, developing personas, and ensuring that the user interface is effective and enjoyable. Your insights will directly influence the success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather user insights and feedback.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
• Conduct A/B tests to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers in UX principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or related role

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies: Background in conducting A/B tests to improve design outcomes.
