UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will leverage your design skills to enhance the usability and functionality of our platforms. You'll conduct user testing and research to gather insights while creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces consistent with brand guidelines.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Work closely with content teams to align design and content strategies.
• Create visual assets for marketing and product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure functional and technical feasibility.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or Human Factors

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design

• UI Design
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) Member
• Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
