Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical designs and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Support the project management team in delivering projects.
• Assist in training sessions for team members on electrical best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and materials for potential implementation.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost analysis for electrical components.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical projects

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• System Integration

Certifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer (PrEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations: Understanding of the South African electrical standards and compliance requirements.
