Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist in Cape Town to join our vibrant pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical care and a passion for helping patients.

Responsibilities

• Conducting medication reviews and assessments.
• Educating patients on chronic disease management.
• Compounding medications when necessary.
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting therapy as needed.
• Participating in pharmacy meetings and continuous education.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Building relationships with patients and providing exemplary service.
• Assisting with administrative tasks within the pharmacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred
