As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and support systems that serve our clients across various platforms. Your contributions will directly influence our infrastructure strategy, operational quality, and service uptime.

Responsibilities

• Define SLAs and monitor adherence to performance targets.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to optimise resource usage and costs.
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical services.
• Engage in capacity planning and ensure services scale effectively.
• Train team members on reliability tools and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in operational engineering or cloud computing
