Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems to propose improvements and cost reductions.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing cycle time.
• Train staff on new processes and conduct workshops.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making in operational strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials.
• Assist in the development of safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing processes
