Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist with Health Solutions Group, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who face barriers to their daily living. You will develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs, fostering rehabilitation and recovery. Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients using standardised assessment tools.
  • Design and adapt therapeutic activities based on individual goals.
  • Engage patients in therapeutic exercises to improve their functional abilities.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes for treatment evaluations.
  • Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment as required.
  • Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
