Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Intellectual Property Consultant who has a strong grasp of IP laws and practices. The ideal candidate will support clients in navigating the complexities of intellectual property rights while providing legal advice and strategies for protection and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in managing their IP portfolios effectively.
• Draft and submit necessary legal documents for IP registrations.
• Handle opposition and cancellation proceedings for trademarks.
• Liaise with external counsel for specialized IP matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client IP rights.
• Research and analyse complex IP laws and regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations on IP commercialisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years in a legal consulting role focusing on IP

Languages

• English: Fluent
