Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will spearhead the online sales strategy, learning to adapt to market trends and customer behaviors. You will manage product listings, drive traffic through digital marketing strategies, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic e-commerce initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to plan and launch new online collections effectively.
  • Oversee promotional strategies such as flash sales and discount codes.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and timely replenishment of products.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training and support for team members to enhance skills and efficacy.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure performance metrics and guide decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through personalized communication strategies.
  • Drive the improvement of the site’s SEO to improve search rankings.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and satisfaction metrics for continual improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
