You will manage staff, oversee inventory management, and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales. Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by executing company sales strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
• Ensure that the store meets financial objectives and budgeting guidelines.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular appraisals.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the store and its initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Higher National Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail or managerial role

• Customer Service Expertise

Advantageous

• Background in e-commerce strategies: Experience in integrating e-commerce and retail functions.
