Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our Cape Town team. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating with designers to enhance product usability. Your role will be crucial in fostering a user-centric approach within our design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to gather actionable insights.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to understand user needs.
• Develop user personas and scenarios based on research findings.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance product features based on usability testing.
• Compile research results into clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX research and design

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of data visualization tools: Experience in tools like Tableau for presenting research findings.
