Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support for IT-related issues.
Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents.
Help maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
Participate in IT projects and contribute ideas for improvements.
Train and support team members on software and system usage.
Assist in network administration and configuration.
Requirements
Education
BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
2+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role
