Responsibilities

• Develop and create original fashion designs for collections.
• Research current fashion trends and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible.
• Prepare technical sketches and specifications for production.
• Participate in fittings and provide feedback for adjustments.
• Work closely with marketing to create product promotion strategies.
• Attend fashion shows and industry events to represent the brand.
• Maintain relationships with fabric suppliers and manufacturers.
• Incorporate sustainable practices in design processes.
• Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Textile Design
• Professional design qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
