Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk in Cape Town to join our growing administrative support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining our company's data while ensuring integrity and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data efficiently, ensuring minimal errors.
  • Assist in preparing data for reporting purposes.
  • Conduct data quality checks and resolutions.
  • Work with colleagues to identify data entry challenges.
  • Assist with training new staff on data entry procedures.
  • Manage backups and data retrieval processes.
  • Stay updated on best practices for data management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Office Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
