Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our office. You will ensure that administrative tasks are executed efficiently, while also providing leadership and guidance to our administrative team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing company events and other special projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Promote a positive and productive office culture.
  • Identify areas for improvement and validate efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administration
