As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our office. You will ensure that administrative tasks are executed efficiently, while also providing leadership and guidance to our administrative team.
Responsibilities
Lead the administrative team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
Assist in managing company events and other special projects.
Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Promote a positive and productive office culture.
Identify areas for improvement and validate efficiencies.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administration
