• Facilitate problem-solving workshops with production staff.
• Design production layouts to optimize workflow.
• Drive initiatives for innovation in manufacturing methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Lean Certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
