Job Description

We're on the hunt for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content strategies and manage our social media platforms to enhance user interaction and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media marketing strategy to increase engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the audience.
  • Monitor analytics to track social media performance and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for improving and expanding social media reach.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns to drive web traffic.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for aligned messaging.
  • Develop training materials for team members on social media best practices.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on campaign performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media
