Job Description

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to become part of our Durban facility. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has a passion for medicine and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health through physical examinations.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Assist in the management of chronic conditions.
• Promote healthcare initiatives in the community.
• Build a rapport with patients and their families.
• Stay current with medical advancements and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Master’s degree in Public Health is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a GP role

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
