Job Description

As a Magazine Worker, you will manage and coordinate the editorial content for our leading magazine. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee the production process, ensuring timelines are met and that content aligns with our magazine's vision.

Responsibilities

  • Research and curate content suitable for publication in line with audience interests
  • Coordinate with editorial teams to brainstorm and develop new article ideas
  • Ensure smooth workflow across departments involved in content production
  • Review and manage advertising content to ensure viability with editorial standards
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and creativity
  • Regularly analyse reader feedback and engagement to inform editorial decisions
  • Develop relationships with industry stakeholders for content collaboration
  • Assist in the management of budgets and resource allocation for projects
  • Train new editorial team members on processes and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in magazine publishing with a successful track record
