Vending Machine Filler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Vending Machine Filler to ensure our vending machines are fully stocked, operational, and clean. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check and replenish stock in vending machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Track inventory and ensure timely ordering of products.
• Identify and fix mechanical issues in vending machines.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through effective service.
• Stay updated on new product offerings and promotional items.
• Assist with planning and implementing new vending locations.
• Work with the operations manager to optimize machine placement.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate

Experience

• Previous experience in vending machine repair or maintenance is preferable

Technical Skills

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Inventory management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans is advantageous.
• Prior customer service experience: Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
