Job Description

As a Char Filter Operator, you will play a critical role in operating and maintaining char filter equipment, ensuring efficient production processes. You will monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance tasks to uphold stringent safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of the char filter equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the filtration system.
• Assist with the installation of new filtration systems.
• Communicate with the Production Manager and team members regarding any operational issues or concerns.
• Document maintenance and operational procedures for reference.
• Train new employees on char filter operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
