Job Description

The Swift Tender is responsible for efficiently managing swift transactions and overseeing tender processes to ensure compliance with various regulations. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of tender systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure swift transactions are processed in accordance with regulations.
  • Lead the tender process from start to finish, ensuring thorough evaluations.
  • Update and maintain database systems for accurate tracking.
  • Foster relationships with clients and vendors for collaborative efforts.
  • Create and oversee compliance checklists for the tender process.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for tender proposals.
  • Analyze previous tender results to inform future strategies.
  • Drive initiatives for process improvements in tender management.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance tender submissions.
  • Manage daily task assignments for the tender team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale tenders
