Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a thorough understanding of auditing standards and practices. You will be responsible for overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the audit team to ensure high quality in audit deliverables.
  • Manage multiple audit projects under tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and clients.
  • Monitor client compliance with regulations and provide advice for improvements.
  • Develop and implement efficient audit methodologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Relevant certifications (CA, CIMA, ACCA) is required
Experience
  • 5-7 years in audit, with at least 2 years in a management role
