Responsibilities
Direct daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and order.

Manage logistical aspects related to cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address guests' special requests and concerns with professionalism.
Create and maintain a positive work environment for team members.
Collaborate with front office and other departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience preferred
