Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through to completion.

• Participate in design reviews and validate mechanical drawings.
• Conduct testing and evaluate designs against performance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage supply chain logistics.
• Document and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Liaise with clients to discuss project progress and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design and analysis of mechanical systems

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling
• Engineering Mathematics

Certifications

• Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
