Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our diverse projects in the heart of Durban. The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring that objectives align with the company’s strategic direction. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, and execute projects while ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and clarify objectives.
  • Coach and mentor project teams to enhance performance.
  • Establish relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document lessons learned and share insights for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • PMP Certification or similar is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years managing projects, preferably in a leadership role.
