Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to spearhead our community engagement efforts in Pretoria. This role focuses on building strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and organizations, promoting initiatives that enhance community welfare, and organizing events that foster community spirit.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to assess needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Manage budgets for outreach programs and ensure resources are effectively utilized.
• Enhance community participation through various engagement strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders about community needs and program success.
• Collaborate with other departments to align outreach activities with organizational goals.
• Conduct surveys to understand community demographics and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or Social Sciences
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach or relevant field
