Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative Graphic Designer to enhance our team in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Collaborate with our marketing team to drive impactful design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medication reconciliation for new patients.
  • Develop personalized medication plans in consultation with patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary health care team meetings.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications promptly.
  • Support regulatory compliance through accurate documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate medication errors and adverse reactions.
  • Assist in the training of pharmacy staff and students.
  • Promote adherence to medication regimens among patients.
  • Facilitate access to patient support programs.
  • Engage in community outreach regarding health and wellness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent
  • Master’s in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience
