We are seeking an Industrial Process Coordinator in Durban who will play a crucial role in optimizing our engineering processes and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, driving efficiencies and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution.
• Develop strategies to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize input materials for production.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for process improvement projects.
• Facilitate workshops to encourage employee engagement in process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process improvement role
