Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Specialist who can provide expert tax advice and assistance to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will analyze financial data, collaborate with various stakeholders, and deliver tailored tax solutions while ensuring compliance with South African tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Analyze client accounts and financial data for accuracy.
• Develop presentations and reports for clients explaining tax compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Communicate tax obligations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with legal teams to advise on tax issues.
• Create and maintain templates and documentation for tax processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is essential
• Further studies or certifications in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role emphasized in tax compliance and planning

Certifications

• Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) is an asset
